Course Description
Processes
are the means by which organisations conduct their business. Quality processes
assure the product and services, training processes enhance people skills,
information technology processes protect data. Auditing processes requires additional skills
because the auditors are auditing across departmental and sometimes divisional
boundaries and from the top to bottom of the organisation. Process audits can
reveal more about the effectiveness of the business than almost any other
technique.
This
two day intensive course is designed for experienced auditors who have the
capability to audit holistically and who can identify the potential for
business process improvement. It is highly interactive and practical with our
experienced trainers acting as the process auditees in the case study role
plays.
As
a post course service we offer an additional practical process audit at
delegate’s workplace (extra to the course cost).
Who should attend?
The course is designed for experienced auditors who wish
to develop their auditing skills to a higher level and breadth.
It is also suitable for management with auditing skills
who want to identify areas of the processes where tangible improvements in
costs, efficiency and effectiveness can be made.
