Course Description
ISO 9004 was developed alongside ISO 9001: 2000 to provide
guidance for organisations with ISO 9001 systems on how to improve their
management systems. It mirrors the clauses of ISO 9001 with the potential
improvements identified against each requirement. Appendices include a self assessment based on
the management maturity grid pioneered by American quality guru Phil Crosby for
organisations to rate themselves in categories from “no formal approach” to
"best in class performance”.
This two day course shows you how to develop your quality
management system from the ISO 9001: 2000 base line to whatever level is
appropriate to your organisation.
The concentration is on achieving the needs of all
stakeholders in the business including the customers, shareholders, employees
and other interested parties such as pressure groups.
The
modules include:

the stakeholders, their needs and importance to your business

a self assessment audit using the checklists in ISO 9004
- Identifying
