Course Description
You
currently do not have a quality management system in place but you've made the
decision to go for ISO 9001. Now you have to implement it. What does this
involve and how can you make sure that you get the best out of it? This
comprehensive course helps delegates understand and interpret all the
requirements of ISO 9001. It covers all the basic disciplines needed and the
approaches that should be used when putting ISO 9001 into practice when
starting from scratch.
Every
successful company has a quality management system otherwise they would be
inundated with customer complaints and returned products. What you may not have
at the moment is a system which will meet the requirements of ISO 9001. In this
two day workshop we show you how to understand the ISO 9001 requirements which
apply to your organisation and to implement a system which meets these and is
tailor made to your business. You will learn how to set up documentation
systems which are user friendly and easy to control. The management system will
not only pass the certification audit but will form the foundation for tangible
business improvements.
